I had a home sleep study this week to see if I have sleep apnoea. I was wired up to a small machine to check my breathing, movement etc. This little thing was measuring my blood flow, not entirely sure how but it had tiny metal discs on either side of my finger plus this red light that shone all night. Great fun for making pictures in the dark and playing at 'ET phone home'
